I cant even log in. I get the error message "A general exception has occurred" every time, which isnt helpful at all. Ive tried reinstalling and that didnt change anything.
Its impossible to set up this app because hitting submit causes the app to crash.
I can register. Always said It has an error.
I just logged in and took one quiz and the app crashed. But even before it crashed the app was frustrating b/c it didnt allow me to go back to the previous screen. Very frustrating.
Ive really enjoyed using this app. Its been helpful for redeeming points in the mall and also tracking points. I have not had any problems with the app crashing at all. My favorite feature is the touch security login. Not having to type in login information every time I access the app makes using it quick and easy.
This device with a built in personal coach is a must have fitness device. But my the vitality app doesnt support it at this time so I cant sync my workouts and receive my points.
I am not sure what happened, but I am unable to see my Vitality points on this app. This problem/defect surfaced in the past 24 hours. Please resolve this software defect. Thanks.
I cant believe that a Fortune 500 company would place a non working app in the store. After downloading, you can login and set up touchid. However, once you close the app and try logging in, it just crashes after trying to connect for about 20seconds. My spouse has Anthem and their apps work just fine!
What a useless program. Humana: You shouldnt be sending out snail mail flyers about this app until you find programmers that can fix it properly. This is the first time Im trying to sign up and I cant even make it past the "Choose Your Path" screen before it crashes. Im on an updated iPhone 6S with iOS 9.2 and I just updated the HumanaVitality app a few minutes ago. I gave it a shot - oh well. I just swapped from Blue Cross/Blue Shield to Humana, and the lack of user-friendliness of the website and app already has me wishing I hadnt. Theres a free app maker website out there with a 10-year-old sitting at the chair that could do a better job of programming this app.
I hope Humana is better at health care than fitness apps
I normally love this app but lately there has been many glitches when trying to connect to different devices. When this is fixed I will change my review to 5 stars.
Cannot even log in. How on earth does this not get tested before release? My company just added Vitality; we are reconsidering our selection now. Terrible first impression.

I downloaded the update only to find it crash every time. Sadly, the desktop version is no better. I called Humana in attempt to see if there was a fix on the horizon. As I guessed not a chance. The first time I was finally able to speak to a CSR I was told they were aware of it, but were not working on a fix. I called the second day only to have the CSR tell me she didnt know what j was talking about. When asked to be transferred to then IT Dept, I was transferred to billing. The app and organization are terrible. Sadly I have no choice with insurance carriers.
So far, the app works great, no crashes. However....syncing to a FitBit and other apps leaves much to be desired. To sync, I have to disconnect and reconnect the app. Every. Time. So for step challenges, this seems to be more of a pain than an encouragement.

There is very little functionality to the app. It needs to do more of what the website does. I cant even see my vitality points statement! Seems like that would be the least they could stick in here. There just is nothing here worth downloading.
Why offer a rewards program this dysfunctional? It is very frustrating to not be given the points you have earned.....day after day!
Same password and username works on the Humana main website, but not for Humana vitality. And it wont let me register different password. I have to use the one from the Humana site - which it does not accept. Hmmm. Worthless.
