This app is more frustrating than anything. Its always having issues syncing steps and etc. what a shame.
I am an IT Manager with extensive experience with linking apps and devices. This app is hard to link to, crashes often and offers no error codes or directions. Humana, either create a real app or get out of the app business. This effort is worthless and totally stinks.
Randomly stops syncing data from Health app. No "point" having the app if I cant earn points...
I use this app to register for Humanas challenges, setting milestones, using its mall, and checking my VitalityPoints. Definitely worth the download.

This app is a complete joke... It crashes as soon as it is open almost every single time. If I am quick enough to beat the crash messages I can get into the challenges.. But when I try to join a challenge it says it is unable to process. HUMANA.... Why even make an app if it is completely unusable.
IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE WITH THE APP OR ACCESSING HV VIA THE WEBSITE, call Humana Vitality to get it fixed. (888) 219-1396. It is a simple fix on their end to update their database and restore your access. They will also retroactively award points that are not automatically accumulating while your access is denied. I have two issues with the app but overall the functionality is all there and works. First issue is there is no way to see your steps synced to your account. I have to log in and look at the calendar on the website. Second issue is that I use an Apple Watch to track my steps. It normally syncs fine but sometimes it loses whole days. I know the sync occurs upon log on of the app but there is no indication of the progress of my step upload. I dont know if there is something that I can do to ensure that the steps reach the server but at least seeing a success that they uploaded would give me peace of mind.
This app needs a lot of improvement. To join coworkers or family members challenges is too cumbersome. Information on the web login should sync seamlessly. Consistent error messages when trying to add milestones.
Some of the functionality is confusing, but overall works okay.
The app lost its functionality all of a sudden. Not accepting my workouts from Apple health or Nike running.
This new update is terrible. None of my stuff links to it anymore. I tried to remove the apps and reconnect and now it wont even let me connect run keeper. Everyday vitality points that I need go unregistered by this Humana app all of a sudden. Please fix this.
Ever since I updated the app I am no longer connected to Apple Health and cannot reset my sleep diary milestone. Very unhappy that Im not getting my vitality points for sleeping 7 hours a night! Please fix ASAP!!
Just like everyone else. Since the last update, it wont connect to other apps. How can this happen? Did no one test the update before it was released? A serious lack of effort here. Dont do this update and wait till the next one.
This app would be great, but its not connecting to Apple Health and counting my steps. If it did what it was supposed to, it would be a great way to track steps, join challenges, and earn points. As it is, Ive lost points due to lack of connecting. I didnt have this problem when I first began using the app a year ago.
Not getting points for my 7+ hours of sleep anymore. Didnt get my points for my new challenges. I cant afford to miss out on points.
The app quit working and does not sync properly. I have lost points, because the app is not counting my steps or sleep patterns. Very frustrating!
